Timeframe: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase:A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-made or personalized jewellery. Items purchased on sale or during special promotions. Earrings (due to hygiene reasons). Gift cards.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is approved, we will notify you and process a store credit or exchange, depending on your preference. Please allow 5 days for processing.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
